Then there’s the kid-friendly pop-in-your-mouth-and-make-an-orange-smile treat. Don’t forget grape tomatoes and pitted olives, which you can slice lengthwise. My three-year-old loves the color. I love the nutritional value that a rainbow of vegetables and fruit provides.
