Christmas Gingerbread House

Side view of the gingerbread project: A Victorian House with Rocking Horses on a Turntable.
It was two feet tall and decorated mostly with frosted cookies.

I made this for a school fundraiser auction. Actually, I made two. One decorated and one undecorated. Both sold!

For the decorated version, I included a bag of icing so the winner could add their logo or family name above the door. Unfortunately, the picture doesn’t show the Christmas lights on to showcase the stained glass windows. In the picture below, you’ll see that the porch and rooftop were containers to serve party chocolates. It was presented on a turntable so viewers could appreciate all sides and help themselves to the chocolates!
