When you really need a vegan cake, here you go!

A girl in Obi’s class is severely allergic to eggs and milk. So I jumped on Pinterest and found this “cake” which I made for the teacher’s birthday. Obi (a three-year-old kid) helped me by pushing down on the cookie cutters to make the bow decorations and pushed in the decorations with plastic coffee stirrers. I snipped off any protruding straw pieces. The teacher and preschoolers were thrilled!
